Vegetarianism is a type of diet that had gained popularity in this century. It consists in eating only vegetables, all the food that is related with animals is forbbiden in this diet therefore the question is. Is vegetarianism a healthy diet?

On the one hand, if you follow a vegetarian diet is easier to lose weight or stay in shape because the vegetables does not have as many calories as the things that come from the animals, furthermore, you will discover some new things about vegetables because you will know more things about the food that you eat.

On the other hand, despite the fact that vegetables do not have so many calories there are some proteins that can only be obtained through food from animals and these proteins are needed for our development. Moreover, ios said that an ignorant life is a happy life and that is a little true because if you are a little ignorant about what you eat you can eat withoutworrying about everything.

To sum up, is true that vegetarianism can be healthy because you do not eat so many calories even though you need also eat some meat to have the proteins needed for our development. So, it is true that an apple a day keeps the doctor away but do not take it literally and eat some meat too!!

A history when I was relaxin with music

I'm falling in the sky. While i'm falling i'm listening the birds I close my eyes and I'm feeling relaxed. Now I'm landing on the sea and I'm being grabed by soft waves. I'm still relaxed and listening to the same birds so I let the waves grab me. I'm arriving to an island. This island is very familiar but I don't know why Ihad never been here before. In this island there are two girls and four boys more or less of my age. I've finally arrived so I decide to investigate because i'm curious about this island. I see a dock with six boats that are the boats of the boys that I saw before. Now I see a very little island connected to the one I am by a wood bridge. I'm going to the little island and there is a palm tree with a weird form and thanks to this shape you can sit in it and in one of the sides you can hold your back and Ilie on it. Now there is a twilight in the sky and while I'm liing on the tree I feel very relaxed. Also a fruit dropped in my chest. It was strange because the fruit has the form of a star. After this incident I decide to keep relaxing while  I'm seeing the twilight.
